Some gowns are for winter mornings. This one is for somewhere warmer — a summer house, a hotel room with the windows open, a morning that doesn't require warmth so much as ceremony.
The cloth is a blend of wool, silk and linen, which produces something lighter and more breathable than flannel while keeping enough structure to feel like a proper garment. The colour is a muted palm green — not bright, not botanical, somewhere between sage and forest depending on the light.
